The 4th floor exposition is dedicated to religion - Islam and Orthodoxy.
The main goal of the exposition is to show the role of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the formation of integrity and unity of multinational and interethnic people of the independent, sovereign, democratic state – the Republic of Kazakhstan. The exposition houses about 100 exhibits from the funds of the Presidential Centre of Culture. The unique books in the Arabian language, the Koran, rare icons and originals of icon with foldable side flaps, a censer and candlesticks are of great interest.
The ideas of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev concerning on City Astana construction are reflected in the exposition. Astana is a symbol of independence and statehood of Kazakhstan.
The museum exposition of the hall is presented in the following sections:
● History of a site of ancient settlement of Buzok Х-ХІІ cc.
● The traditional exposition opening the pages of becoming Astana the capital of Motherland: original historical documents and materials, documentary photos of Akmola, Akmolinsk and Tselinograd; output of the industry (porcelain and ceramic factories, Tselinselmashzavod, and others).
● The traditional exposition opening the pages of becoming Astana the capital of Motherland: the originals of the state documents on moving the capital to Akmola, and its renaming to Astana.
